Brief introduction
The Automatic precast concrete cutting machine is a new type of cutting equipment designed and developed by our company. It is widely used in cutting precast concrete wall panels,hollow core slabs, and other concrete component such as purlins (cement columns), lintes,columns ,beams etc., in the precast concrete plant. The machine does not need manual assistance when working ，which avoids the health injuries caused by dust during cutting.
Working Pinciple
The Automatic precast Concrete cutter uses a hydraulic pump to convert the mechanical energy of the motor into hydraulic energy. Its structure is composed of two parts: mechanical part and hydraulic part. The mechanical part is composed of motors, electrical components, rack plates and shields, etc. The hydraulic part is mainly composed of oil pumps, hydraulic valves, hydraulic cylinders and various hydraulic accessories (oil tanks). Horizontal and vertical automatic feed and automatic return, high cutting precision, high transmission power, low-voltage control circuit, safe and reliable, simple structure and convenient maintenance, etc., it is currently an ideal concrete product cutting machine.
