The motor drives the connecting rod to reciprocate after being decelerated by the reducer. One end of the connecting rod connects the push plate. The push plate pushes the concrete materials falling from the materials hopper into the mold cavity. At the same time, the continuous vibrating force from the upper part continuously acts on the inside of the concrete. In addition, the thrust of the machine and the friction of the ground react in the molding cavity, and the concrete is squeezed to make the inside denser. After the continuous action of squeezing force and pushing friction force, the machine will work continuously. The concrete slabs with super dense and good finishes will be formed. It can cast about 60-80 meters of hollow-core slabs per hour.
