Overview of precast wall panel Machine
We are the first to develop, design, and manufacture the extrusion type of precast lightweight concrete wall panel machines in China. This precast panel machine adopts the working principle of extrusion, which is essentially different from the traditional pulling mold machine, pushing machine, and vertical wall panel mold machine. The main advantage of this machine is the quality of the finished wall panel. The finished wall panel produced by it has a smooth surface without any wrinkles; the interior of the wall panel is dense and compact with high strength.
Work principle
The structure of the extrusion precast concrete wall panel machine is simple. It is mainly divided into three main parts: power system, extrusion system, and vibration system. First of all, the main motor of 5.5 to 11 KW is the power unit of the machine. The main motor transmits the power to the extrusion system through the gearbox. The extrusion part is composed of three to twenty extrusion augers. The number of augers depends on the size of the wall panel and the number of holes in the wall panels. The high-speed rotating augers extrude and compact the concrete material and transport it to the molding cavity of the machine. The upper part of the molding cavity is a vibration device. A high-frequency vibration motor vibrates and compacts the concrete in the molding cavity through repeated tamping of the vibration plate. The wall panels after extruded and vibrated were formed along with the moving of the machine.
Materials
The raw materials suitable for this lightweight wall panel machine machine can be ordinary concrete or lightweight concrete, but no foamed concrete raw materials are required. This makes raw materials not restricted by region or country. Specifically, the raw materials of ordinary concrete are cement, sand, fly ash, and crushed stone. In addition to sand and stones, the composition of lightweight concrete lies in the selection of its aggregates. Generally, commonly used lightweight aggregates include various industrial slag, waste concrete building materials, ceramsite, volcanic rock, shale, expanded perlite, pumice, etc. But the wall panel made of ordinary aggregate is 30-40% heavier than the wallboard made of lightweight aggregate. The type of aggregate used depends on the specific situation of the customer.
