The concrete T beam is called roofing floor beams,joist beams . It is usually for supporting the hollow core blocks or slabs for the roofing. The beams are reinforced with prestressed steel bars or wires which makes the beams more strong and add the loading capacity of the beams.
The prestressed precast concrete T beam machine is one of the new designs for manufacturing concrete T beams or concrete joists. - Concrete mixer: We recommend utilizing a pan mixer or a forced-type twin-shaft mixer. For scenarios involving only one or two prestressing T-beam machines requiring concrete supply, a 450L pan mixer would be sufficient to meet production requirements.
- Concrete feeding dumper: The battery-powered concrete feeding dumper, equipped with an integrated belt conveyor system, efficiently receives fresh concrete materials from the concrete mixer and rapidly delivers them to the T-beam manufacturing equipment. This innovative configuration ensures continuous material supply while significantly enhancing production efficiency throughout the precast yard workflow.
- Steel wires tension machine.Depending on the tensile strength of steel wires utilized by customers, we provide two corresponding types of prestressed steel wire tensioning equipment: a conventional screw-rod type steel wire tensioning machine, the other the a hydraulic jack-type prestressed tensioning machine.
- Concrete Cutting Machine. The equipment is configured with a diamond saw blade of 400 mm or 500 mm in diameter. Through high-speed rotational motion of the blade, this machine enables precision cutting of cured reinforced concrete T-beams into designated lengths.
