Product Overview:
This wall panel installation robot represents a significant advancement in wall panel installation industry and is specifically designed for the installation of precast wall panels. Developed by our company, this innovative equipment draws upon over a decade of experience in the research, design, and manufacturing of hydraulic wall panel installation machines, while also incorporating continuous technological accumulation and valuable customer feedback. The robot is capable of installing a variety of partition wall panels, with lengths (heights) of up to 6 meters and weighing no more than 600 kg, including ALC wall panel installation, ACOTEC, EPS, and sandwich panels.
Operating Principle:
The installation robot features a handheld remote control that manages the device's drive and hydraulic systems. This allows for automatic execution of actions such as gripping, flipping, transporting, erecting, joining, and adjusting wall panels. The aim of this automated and unmanned operation is to overcome the labor-intensive, inefficient, and high-risk challenges associated with traditional construction methods, while enhancing installation quality and ensuring a zero-accident installation process.
Operational Procedure:
Using the remote control, the operator can maneuver the robot to the wall panel gripping station. For wall panels designated for installation, the robot automatically adjusts its position relative to the panels through mechanical movements and performs gripping and lifting operations autonomously. The robot then transports the wall panels to the installation area for vertical placement. Upon receiving a command, the robot seamlessly completes the vertical panel installation. Once this task is accomplished, the robot returns to the installation station, ready for the next operation.
