Product Overview:
This wall panel installation robot is a landmark Precast wall panel installation equipment developed by our company based on over a decade of experience in the research, design, and manufacturing of hydraulic wall panel installation machines, combined with continuous technological accumulation and customer feedback. This robot is designed for installing various types of partition wall panels with a length (height) of up to 6 meters and a weight of no more than 600 kg, including ALC, ACOTEC, EPS, and sandwich panels.
Operating Principle:
The installation robot is operated by a handheld remote control, which controls the device's drive and hydraulic systems, automatically performing the following actions: gripping, flipping, transporting, erecting, joining, and adjusting wall panels. This automated and unmanned operation aims to address the labor-intensive, inefficient, and high-risk nature of traditional construction, while improving installation quality and ensuring a zero-accident installation process.
Operational Procedure:
Using a remote control, the operator remotely controls the robot to the wall panel gripping station. For wall panels marked for installation, the robot automatically adjusts its position relative to the panels through mechanical movements and automatically performs gripping and lifting operations. The robot then automatically transports the wall panels to the installation area for the vertical panels. Upon receiving a command, the robot automatically completes the vertical panel installation. Once the vertical panel installation is complete, the robot is remotely controlled to the installation station, ready for the next task.
