The concrete lintel machine is one of the new designs for manufacturing prestressed concrete lintels or beams. The machine work on the principle of pushing extrusion. Its production efficiency is 4-5 times compared to the traditional lintels molding method. The finished concrete lintels cast by the machine are very compact and smooth. The each lintel can be reinforced with 4 -9 pieces of prestressing steel wires. According to the different customers' requirements, we can design the machine to make the standard shape lintels and U/V-shaped lintels.
About the Lintels
The lintel beam is a structural componment in the residential building .Its main function of lintel is to rests across and support the masonry wall above the openings/door/window to and transfer its load to sidewalls. The ends of this beam are built into the wall and the width of the lintel beam is same to the width of the wall
