Brief introduction
The precast concrete pillars machine has another name of concrete column machine or the concrete post machine. The machine adopts the principle of pushing extrusion to manufacture pre-stressed columns with rectangular or square concrete cross-sections.
Working Principle
The concrete pillar &column machine work on the principle of pushing extrusion technology. The machine runs on the pre-made concrete or steel casting bed. The machine runs powered by the driving motor and vibrating motor. Using the reciprocating linear motion of the slider, the loose concrete material in the hopper is continuously pushed into the forming cavity, and the materials push each other. Due to the continuous operation of the vibrating plate, the concrete is highly plasticized. At the same time, the reaction force generated by the sliding block pushing the raw material enables the whole machine to overcome the frictional resistance and slide forward along the prestressed steel bars, and a concrete element strip is formed behind the machine. The finished precast concrete columns or pillars can be cut as per the required length.

The machine can produce 4-8 lines of concrete pillars or concrete columns depending on the differences in sizes of pillars.The common sizes of pillars include 50×50mm,60×60mm,50×50mm,80×80mm,80×90mm,100×100mm,120×120mm,150×150mm,
200mm×200mm,250×250mm.
