Product Overview
The vacuum suction cup wall panel installation machine is a specialized system developed by our company for handling and installing panels with clean, smooth surfaces. It is designed for installing cleanroom wall panels such as PUF panels, rock wool panels, glass wool panels, and PIR sandwich panels, as well as glass and smooth metal panels. The machine performs panel grabbing, rotation, lifting, and positioning as an integrated process.
Because the panels are held by vacuum suction rather than mechanical clamping, the risk of clamp marks, scratches, and surface compression is greatly reduced. This makes the machine particularly suitable for cleanrooms, hospitals, laboratories, electronics factories, cold storage facilities, and commercial buildings where appearance and surface quality are critical.
Working Principle
The machine consists of three systems: an electric travel system, a hydraulic system, and a vacuum suction cup system. All three are powered by a 48V lead-acid battery.
- Electric travel system – Driven by a drive motor, it enables machine travel and steering for easy relocation and positioning on site.
- Hydraulic system – Controls mast lifting and lowering, suction cup rotation, left/right side shifting, and forward/backward movement for panel lifting, rotation, and precise alignment.
- Vacuum suction cup system – Controls suction and release for reliable panel gripping and safe detachment.
The three systems work together to complete panel grabbing, rotation, lifting, positioning, and installation.
